In order to develop better service for older adults, financial institutions have been trying to train their employee to understand better about dementia and developing new service. Here, we introduce the challenges to be a dementia-friendly financial institution and our project to promote understanding between financial institution and medical and psychological professionals. In addition to build a discussion group, we developed the assessment method for financial and testamentary capacity for appropriate contract with older people. Multidisciplinary collaboration is particularly important in this field.
