Early-life modifiable factors such as education has been shown to have a preventive effect on Alzheimer's disease (AD). As the reason, it is considered that education has the effect of preventing onset by enhancing resistance and recovery ability, and that cognitive dysfunction is compensated for by reserve capacity enhanced by education. In this paper, we will consider reserve capacity, resistance and recovery ability, and examine the effect of modifiable factors such as education on the prevention of AD onset based on PET molecular image data.
