Polygenic risk score and its application in Alzheimer's disease

The purpose of the polygenic risk score (PRS) is to determine the degree of genetic susceptibility to Alzheimer's disease. This article outlines the process for calculating PRS and introduces its application in AD, including a new and improved score. This article also discusses potential concerns for PRS's clinical use.
