In order to understand the background pathology of SNAP, here we described the analysis results of our cases in which amyloid PET and FDG-PET were performed. The background pathology of SNAP differs depending on the age. In the elderly, the majority diseases are argyrophilic grain dementia, neurofibrillary tangle-dominant dementia, and dementia with Lewy bodies, and the multiple pathologies are need to be considered. In early onset cases, the majority diagnoses were frontotemporal lobar degeneration, followed by vascular dementia. It should be noted that in younger patient non-organic brain disorders such as depression and adjustment disorders are sometimes expressed as cognitive dysfunction to visit memory clinic.
