The Japan Parkinsonfs Disease and Alzheimerfs Disease Dimensional Neuroimaging Initiative iPADNIj is a 5-year multi-center cohort study launched in 2019.@PADNI intends to collect clinical, biological and neuroimaging data to help understand the pathophysiology of cognitive disturbance in Alzheimerfs disease spectrum and Parkinsonfs disease spectrum in a comprehensive manner.@In particular, PADNI employs a harmonized magnetic resonance imaging protocol iHARPj consistent with the Human Connectome Project to gain insight into the circuit pathophysiology of dementia syndrome bridging over Alzheimerfs disease and Parkinsonfs disease.
