Our effort for the terminal care:how we make care receiver's wish come true

This report is a case study about the terminal care in the group home.  How we make care receiver's wish come true, this is a key issue in the terminal care.  In my opinion, there is the terminal care on an extension line of the previous care.  In other words, the terminal care is enabled only after there is a relationship of mutual trust between care receiver, family, other people concerned and us.  This report insists on it through the analysis of some examples and related questionnaire.
