      Four years have passed since it became legal to perform X-ray photographing at home for the patients under home care in their residence by the revision of the low of medical treatment at the 30^th, June, 1998. In August, 1999, Sendai Oushin Clinic started the home X-ray photographing (except for intraoral method for dental examination) for the patients receiving home care in their residence, and at-home X-ray photography has been taking root as one of the general inspection.
      Though the need of the X-ray photography is decided by the diagnosis in advance from the views like science by the doctor's house call, but how much agreement is kept in both relations when X-ray image views are compared with doctor's diagnosis in advance? We did that examination about the chest-photography and abdomen-photography.
      Agreement before and after 50% was seen by the thing that conclusive evidence was together high in the diagnosis in advance by the doctor's house call. The image views of the degree that it's same as when a doctor doubts illness were seen by the X-ray photography as a routine inspection by the chest photography. But, the clear difference was formed with the case that a doctor doubted illness, and it became the result which needed attention by the routine photography in the abdomen photography.
      X-ray photography is the inspection of occupying an important position to manage patients, especially, in the at-home medical treatment. But, the establishment of doctor's Evidence-Based-Medicine (EBM) and more necessary to improve X-ray photography and agreement with the doctor's diagnosis in advance. Then, it thinks that it's connected with the intervention of the minimum medical treatment which doesn't break daily life with the patients and their family.
