Case Study−Issues of the Litigation on Sudden Infant Death

　　Since the beginning of the ‘70s in Japan, the issues of the litigation, especially concerning the cause of infant death whether SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) or not, have been increasing.　I analysis about these several cases in recent years, and examine various legalities problems.
