A Study on the Improvement of Service at the Institution
for Intellectually disabled People

　　The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of monitoring system for the improvement of service at the institution for intellectually disabled people.　In this paper, monitoring indicates to check the institution's service while people spend the daily life with institution users.　The points are summarized as follows :
　(1)　It is necessary to extend present period for monitoring, and,
　(2)　An experienced staff member in other institution should be needed for monitoring.
