肺気管支にSolitary fibrous tumorとIntercalated duct hyperplasiaの合併を認めた1例

要旨:Intercalated duct hyperplasia（IDH）は，唾液腺で提唱され，顕微鏡的に偶然発見される病変である。70歳代男性。今回肺切除術後の病理検体で，右上葉気管支壁にSolitary fibrous tumor（SFT）とともに最大径4 mmの介在導管に類似した二相性の細胞からなる気管支腺の増生を認め，IDHと診断した。IDHはまれな病変で，これまで唾液腺以外の報告はなく，貴重な症例と思われた。
