これからの脈管異常診療において求められる病理診断

要旨: 従来「血管腫」と呼ばれてきた脈管異常の治療法は急速に発展し，多様化している。その結果，治療方針決定に直結するISSVA分類に基づく診断が，病理医にも求められるようになってきている。脈管異常の正確な診断のためには，病理組織学的所見のみならず，臨床所見，画像所見，遺伝子解析結果なども加味した総合的判断が必要であり，臨床医とのコミュニケーションが欠かせない。本稿では，まずISSVA分類について概説したうえで，臨床医がとくに知りたいと考えているポイントについて，7つの項目にまとめて紹介する。
