急速に増大した脾sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformationの1例

要旨: 40歳代，男性。健康診断で，脾臓に前年にはみられなかった5 cm大の病変を指摘され，当院を受診し，脾臓摘出を行った。組織学的に，病変内には，赤色調小結節が集簇し，血管腔が多数認められた。免疫組織化学的染色で，血管は3種類の成分からなることがわかり，sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation（SANT）と診断した。SANTは良性疾患として知られているが，既報と比べて本症例は1年間で急速に腫瘤が増大した点が特徴的である。脾臓の腫瘤では，SANTを鑑別疾患として考慮し，過剰な追加治療を防ぐことが重要である。
