下垂体細胞腫と下垂体紡錘形細胞オンコサイトーマの中間的性質を有する腫瘍の1例

要旨: 40代女性。両耳側性半盲，視神経乳頭萎縮あり，画像検査で鞍上部に約30 mmの腫瘤を認めた。紡錘形細胞や軽度の上皮様パターンを示す細胞を認め，TTF-1陽性を呈したためtumors of the posterior pituitaryと診断した。さらに本症例は組織像および抗ミトコンドリア抗体による免疫染色像から，pituicytomaとspindle cell oncocytomaの中間的性質を有する腫瘍と判断した。
