非肝硬変，非ウイルス性で肝幹前駆細胞マーカーが陽性であった肝細胞癌の1剖検例

要旨: 60歳代男性。詳しい既往歴不明。高度の肝障害を主訴に紹介され入院後4日目に死亡した非肝硬変，非ウイルス性肝細胞癌の剖検例を報告した。肝細胞癌は肝全域で増殖し，鍍銀染色では肝細胞索内で置換性増殖する特徴を示した。類洞浸潤と門脈域脈管浸潤も確認された。腺癌ではなかった。免疫染色では肝細胞マーカーと胆管上皮/肝幹前駆細胞マーカー（例えばHepPar1とCK7, CK19）を同時に強く発現していた。本例の経過は非肝硬変の肝細胞癌に一致すると思われたが，肝細胞癌発生の原因は病理組織学的に明確にできなかった。
