子宮頸部Uterine Tumor Resembling Ovarian Sex Cord Tumor（UTROSCT）の1例

要旨: 79歳女性。健診で発見され，経過観察されていた3cm大の子宮頸部腫瘤に，悪性化が否定できない画像所見が出現したため針生検が施行された。標本では明調域と暗調域がみられ，前者では異型に乏しい上皮様細胞が網状配列や索状配列を主体とした多様な構造を呈しており，後者では紡錘形細胞が不規則に増殖していた。前者の特徴的な組織像からUTROSCTを疑ったが確定診断には至らず，手術検体によりUTROSTと診断した。
