脾臓sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation（SANT）の典型的な1例

要旨: 脾臓 sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation（SANT）の典型例を報告する。症例は40代男性で，画像検査で血流豊富な脾臓の腫瘤を指摘され，脾臓摘出術が施行された。肉眼的には褐色の腫瘤で，割面には白色の線維化を認めた。HE染色では小血管が多数の結節状構造を形成しており，炎症細胞浸潤，線維化を伴っていた。免疫染色では赤脾髄の血管に類似した3種類の血管が増生しており，SANTと診断した。脾臓の腫瘤性病変をみた際には，SANTの可能性も考慮して鑑別診断を行うべきである。
