悪性汗腺·汗管系腫瘍の病理診断

要旨: 悪性の汗腺·汗管系腫瘍に対し，正常の汗腺と汗管の組織像との類似性という視点による分類を試みた。「汗腺系」の悪性腫瘍は，A.二相性（アポクリン腺上皮と筋上皮）を示す癌，B.アポクリン癌，C.良性のカウンターパートを有する癌に大別した。一方，「汗管系」の悪性腫瘍は，A.二相性（小皮縁細胞と孔細胞）を示す癌（≒汗孔癌），B.アポクリン腺分化のない汗管系悪性腫瘍（syringomatous carcinoma），C.良性のカウンターパートを有する癌に分けた。各論として，各々の範疇に属する疾患の組織像を解説した。最後に，最近提唱された稀な疾患についても触れた。
