急速に発育し多発性脳梗塞をきたしたcalcified amorphous tumorの1例

要旨: 60歳代，男性。維持透析中であった。意識消失と構音障害のため，頭部MRI検査で多発性脳梗塞を認めた。5ケ月前の検査では，高度の僧帽弁輪石灰化（mitral annular calcification:MAC）を認めていた。今回，MACに付着する18 mm大の可動性腫瘤が確認された。腫瘤が塞栓源である可能性もあり，腫瘤摘出術および僧帽弁形成術が施行された。間質結合組織には壊死物やフィブリン析出，石灰沈着がみられ，軽度のリンパ球浸潤と異物型巨細胞を認めた。Calcified amorphous tumorと診断した。
