要旨: Solid variant of mammary adenoid cystic carcinoma with basaloid features （以下，SBACC）の1例を報告する。46歳，女性。左乳房腫瘤に対しての針生検で浸潤性乳管癌の診断となり，乳房切除された。組織学的に腫瘍はbasaloid cellsが充実胞巣状に増殖し，腫瘍胞巣内に導管様構造がみられ，SBACCと診断した。SBACCは稀であり，他疾患との鑑別に苦慮するが，病変を認識することが診断精度の向上に重要である。
