耳下腺に発生したオンコサイト癌の1例

要旨: 70代男性。左耳下腺腫脹に気づき，精査にて悪性唾液腺腫瘍が疑われ摘出された。組織学的には，好酸性の豊かな細胞質を有する腫瘍細胞が充実胞巣状，管状に増殖していた。核分裂像が乏しく，核異型も軽度であったが，浸潤様式や脈管侵襲からオンコサイト癌と診断した。オンコサイト癌は非常にまれな唾液腺腫瘍である。術前の生検での診断が困難で，良悪性の鑑別に注意を要した症例を経験したので報告する。
