捺印細胞診所見の得られたPrimary pulmonary myxoid sarcoma with EWSR1-CREB1 translocationの1例

要旨: 症例は60歳代，女性。右肺上葉の18mm大の腫瘍が切除された。組織学的に，豊富な粘液腫状基質を背景に小型類円形卵円形核を有する腫瘍細胞の増殖が認められた。RT-PCRでEWSR1-CREB1融合遺伝子が検出され，primary pulmonary myxoid sarcoma with EWSR1-CREB1 translocationと診断した。捺印細胞診では，粘液状基質や炎症細胞を混じる短紡錘形から多角形の異型に乏しい細胞集塊を認め，炎症性変化との鑑別が必要であった。
