下顎骨に発生した原発性骨内扁平上皮癌の1例

要旨: 原発性骨内扁平上皮癌は，WHOによる頭頸部領域の腫瘍の国際組織分類において，顎骨内に発生する扁平上皮癌で，最初から口腔粘膜との連続性がないものと定義されている。今回われわれは，30代女性の下顎骨に生じたPrimary intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma （PIOSCC）の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
