筆者が経験したニュージーランドの乳腺病理診断および癌報告書作成に関する最近の動向

要旨: 筆者は過去27年間ニュージーランド（NZ）のオタゴ大学および同附属病院で，病理医として勤務し，3年前日本に帰国した。NZは乳癌発生率が高い。本稿ではまずNZの病理診断の特徴を述べる。次に最近欧米の病理医がInternational Collaboration of Cancer Reporting （ICCR）と言うNPOを結成して，世界共通の癌病理報告書を作成し，無料公開する運動を活発に展開しており，その事に関して触れたい。最後に筆者が帰国後WHO histological gradingを本邦の乳癌に応用したので，その結果も述べたい。
