術後36ケ月で再発したSpindle cell oncocytoma of the adenohypophysisの1例

要旨: 50代前半，男性。トルコ鞍部の20mm大の腫瘍を摘出した。腫瘍は，好酸性で顆粒状の細胞質をもつ紡錘形から上皮様の細胞で構成されており，束状に配列しながら増殖していた。免疫組織化学染色でS-100蛋白，vimentin，EMA，TTF-1，および抗ミトコンドリア抗体で陽性であり，Spindle cell oncocytoma of the adenohypophysis（以下SCO）と診断した。SCOは，30例程度報告されている稀な下垂体腫瘍である。36ケ月後に再手術され，同腫瘍の再発と診断した。
