内膜間質細胞過形成を伴った子宮内膜ポリープの1例

要旨: 子宮内膜ポリープは内膜腺と内膜間質細胞からなる良性·非腫瘍性の外向性隆起性病変であり，診断上問題が生じることは少ない。今回我々は通常ではみられない間質成分の過形成を伴った子宮内膜ポリープを経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。
