低異型度胃底腺型胃癌の1例の報告と追加15症例の検討

要旨: 68歳男性の胃穹隆部に発生した低異型度胃底腺型胃癌の1例を報告する。腫瘤は一見粘膜下腫瘍様で，組織学的には異型度の低い，淡明な好塩基性の胞体を有する主細胞類似の細胞の浸潤増殖からなっていた。免疫染色では腸上皮への分化傾向は示さず（CD10, MUC2陰性），pepsinogen-I陽性で，低異型度胃底腺型胃癌と診断した。また当院および他院において同様の症例計16例を収集したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて併せて報告する。
