骨髄組織診断の有用性について

要旨: 骨髄組織診断は塗抹標本の診断に比べ，骨髄球系細胞の分化や形態異常の観察あるいは芽球の同定などが難しく，必ずしも明解な診断に至らないこともある。しかしながら，骨髄組織標本において観察しやすい病変も存在し，特に「骨梁の近傍に存在する病変の同定」，「免疫染色·in situ hybridization法による腫瘍細胞の検索」，「細胞密度の適切な評価」，「dry tapの評価」においては，骨髄組織診断は塗抹標本に比べ，大きな優位性を持つ。
