前立腺組織および前立腺癌を伴った卵巣成熟嚢胞性奇形腫の1例

要旨: 61歳，女性。増大傾向のある長径5cmの左卵巣嚢腫に対して両側付属器切除が施行された。通常の成熟嚢胞性奇形腫の像に加え，前立腺組織および0.4cm大の前立腺癌が認められた。免疫組織化学的には，前立腺組織および癌部はPSA陽性を呈し，前立腺癌部には34βE12およびp63陽性細胞が観察されなかった。卵巣奇形腫に前立腺組織と前立腺癌がみられることはきわめてまれであり，われわれが検索しえた限り，本症例が2例目である。
