両側副腎のprimary pigmented nodular adrenocortical diseaseからCarney complexの診断に到った2例

要旨: 両側副腎のprimary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease（PPNAD）の組織学的診断をきっかけにCarney complex（CNC）の診断に到った2例を経験したので報告する。CNCは心臓内外の粘液腫，皮膚の色素沈着病変，内分泌疾患などによって特徴づけられる症候群で，中でもPPNADはその多くがCNCの1症状として現れる。PPNADの組織学的診断がなされた時は，CNCの可能性を念頭において既往症や他の合併疾患（特に致命的にもなりうる心臓粘液腫）の検索，その後の経過観察が必要である。
