子宮体癌取扱い規約第3版:病理編改訂の要点

要旨: 「子宮体癌取扱い規約」第3版の刊行（2012年）にあたり，病理編に関する改訂の要点を概説する。改訂の主なポイントは次の2点である。1）癌の深達度をdepth a, b, cからpT分類に変更した。pT分類は組織型の違いにより3通りに使いわける。（2）子宮内膜間質腫瘍に属する組織型に未分化子宮内膜肉腫が加わった。これと連動して従来の高悪性度子宮内膜間質肉腫は削除された。
