Sinonasal-type hemangiopericytomaの1例

要旨: 鼻腔内に発生した稀なsinonasal-type hemangiopericytomaの1例を報告する。症例は70代女性。以前から左鼻茸を指摘されており，鼻出血を来したため内視鏡下に左鼻中隔後部の腫瘍摘出術が施行された。腫瘍は赤色調有茎性で，組織学的には類円形ないし紡錘形の腫瘍細胞が鼻腔上皮下にシート状，束状および渦巻き状に増殖していた。免疫組織化学では腫瘍細胞はvimentin，α-smooth muscle actinおよびmuscle specific actin抗体に対して陽性，desmin，S-100蛋白およびCD34抗体に対して陰性を示した。Ki-67標識率は0.5%未満であった。
