小唾液腺から発生したIntraductal papillary carcinomaの1例

要旨: 66歳男性の上顎口腔前庭部の小唾液腺に発生した稀なIntraductal papillary carcinomaの1例を報告する。細胞診で乳頭状構造と強い細胞異型を認め，悪性唾液腺腫瘍の診断にて腫瘍切除を行った。組織学的には，単胞様に拡張した小唾液腺の導管内を充満するように立方∼円柱上皮の複雑に分岐した線維性血管性芯を伴う乳頭状増殖を認め，細胞異型，構造異型を伴っていた。その結果，本疾患をIntraductal papillomaの悪性型病変としてIntraductal papillary carcinomaと診断した。
