粘膜下平滑筋腫として手術された子宮原発Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor （PEComa）の1例

要旨: 稀な子宮原発のPerivascular epithelioid cell tumor （PEComa）の1例を経験したので報告する。症例は30代女性。不正性器出血を契機に子宮多発平滑筋腫と診断され，腫瘤核出術が施行された。核出された腫瘤9個のうち8個は通常型の平滑筋腫の組織像であったが，残る1個は組織学的に淡明な細胞からなり，組織所見および免疫組織化学的所見よりPEComaと診断した。近年，子宮PEComaは組織学的にも免疫組織化学的にも子宮平滑筋腫瘍との重複が見られる点が指摘されている。
