腎Angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts （AMLEC）の1例

要旨: 40代前半の男性に発生したangiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts（AMLEC）の1例を報告する。AMLECは嚢胞変化を伴う血管筋脂肪腫の亜型で，最近報告された概念である。本症例は，放射線画像および肉眼的に嚢胞性変化がみられた。組織学的には，嚢胞壁は立方状ないしhobnail patternを示す上皮細胞に裏打ちされていた。嚢胞周囲には筋性血管を伴う紡錘形細胞成分が認められた。紡錘形細胞はHMB45との反応性を示した。嚢胞上皮下にはCD10，ER，PgR陽性を示す密な卵巣様間質細胞層が認められた。以上よりAMLECと診断した。AMLECの報告は少なく，本邦では2例目の報告である。
