悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍および消化管間質腫瘍を合併したvon Recklinghausen病の1例

要旨: 40代，von Recklinghausen病の女性。右下肢痛を主訴に受診。腹腔内腫瘍を指摘され摘出術を施行し，悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍と診断。術後2年，5.0×4.3cm大の腹腔内腫瘍と1.0cm大の小腸結節性病変を指摘され摘出術を施行。腹腔内病変は異型紡錘形腫瘍細胞が渦巻状配列を示し，免疫組織化学はS100 蛋白弱陽性，小腸病変はCD34，C-KIT陽性であった。悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍および消化管間質腫瘍を合併したvon Recklinghausen病の症例である。
