腎粘液管状紡錘細胞癌（Mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma）の1例

要旨: 腎Mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma(MTSC）の1例を報告する。症例は70代後半，男性。CTで左腎腫瘍を指摘され，腎摘出術が行われた。肉眼的に，腫瘍は白色調で内部に出血壊死を伴い，周囲脂肪織への浸潤も認められた。組織学的に，立方形から紡錘形で好酸性から淡明な細胞質を持ち，時に空胞変性も伴う腫瘍細胞の，管状あるいは索状，束状など多彩な増殖が見られた。間質に多量の粘液様物質が見られ，腫瘍細胞の異型が軽度で，核分裂像も乏しいことから，MTSCと診断した。
