Mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidneyの1例

要旨: 75歳女性の腎臓に発生したmixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney（以下MESTK）の1例を報告する。上腹部不快感で受診，画像上左腎に7 cm大の腫瘤を認め腎癌が疑われ摘出手術を施行。組織では膠原線維の増生と伴に大小不同の腺管の増生，平滑筋様細胞の増生を認める多様な成分より構成された腫瘍となっておりMESTKや他の間葉系腫瘍が鑑別に上がった。免疫染色の結果と併せてMESTKと診断した。
