Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphomaとの鑑別を要したSLE関連リンパ節症の1例

要旨: 症例は35歳女性。SLEと診断されるも，全身性リンパ節腫大および血清IL-2レセプター異常高値のため，リンパ節生検施行。組織学的に，拡大した傍皮質において，高内皮細静脈の樹枝状増生並びにリンパ球，形質細胞，免疫芽球の増生が認められ，SLE関連のatypical lymphoplasmacytic and immunoblastic proliferationと診断した。組織像の類似するangioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphomaとの病理学的鑑別を中心に文献的考察を加え報告する。
