非典型的な組織像を呈した線維形成性小円形細胞性腫瘍の1例

要旨: Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT）はその組織名から特徴づけられるように豊富な線維性間質desmoplasiaと小円形細胞small round cellを特徴とするきわめて予後不良な軟部腫瘍の一つである。今回，non-desmoplasticかつnon-small round cellの部分が主要部分を占め，pleomorphicやrhabdoid featureを呈する部分も多く見られた非典型的なDSRCTの症例を経験したので報告する。
