Rhabdoid featureを呈しactin陽性のbasal cell (trichoblastic) carcinomaの1例

要旨: Rhabdoid feature を呈するbasal cell (trichoblastic) carcinomaの症例を報告する。好酸性の細胞質を有するrhabdoidな腫瘍細胞は通常の腫瘍細胞との間に移行があり，主に胞巣の中央に存在し，細胞間の結合が弱い傾向があった。免疫組織化学ではrhabdoidな腫瘍細胞はAE1/AE3陽性，CAM5.2陽性の他に，α smooth muscle actin (αSMA）やcalponin，muscle actin (HHF 35）が強陽性，vimentinが一部に陽性であった。
