Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia様の間質変化を伴った
外眼角部皮膚扁平上皮癌の1例

要旨: 症例は65歳男性。右外眼角部腫瘤を主訴に，当院形成外科を受診し切除がなされた。組織学的に表皮から内方性増殖を示す扁平上皮癌が主体であったが，それを取り囲む多数のリンパ球，好酸球，形質細胞浸潤に加え，上皮様内皮細胞を有する小血管の著明な増生があり，angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia（ALHE）様の間質変化を伴っていると考えられた。稀少例のため，ALHE様間質変化の発生機序や臨床的意義などは明らかでなく，今後の症例集積が望まれる。
