乳腺に発生したmixed ductal and lobular carcinomaの1例

要旨: 43歳，女性に発生した特異な組織像を示した乳癌を報告した。乳頭腺管癌の癌胞巣の一部に小葉癌が混在していた。両者とも早期の間質浸潤を示す浸潤癌であった。病理学的にinvasive carcinoma, mixed ductal and lobular carcinomaと診断した。
