在宅で親を介護する高齢介護者（子ども）の心理

The Psychology Characteristic of the Caregiver Older than 60 Years Old Taking Care of Their Own Elderly Parents at Home

要旨: この研究の目的は，在宅で親を介護する高齢介護者（子ども）がどのような気持ちで介護を行っているかを明らかにすることであった。研究方法は，半構成的面接法を用い，面接者の語りを帰納的記述的に分析した。
　分析の結果，在宅で親を介護する高齢介護者（子ども）の心理として，【子どもを懸命に育ててくれた親の姿】，【血のつながりゆえに向けられる親への愛情】，【自分なりに精一杯の介護】の3つのカテゴリーが抽出された。また，その3つのカテゴリーには，[生活に苦労していた親の背中]，[厳しさの中にあった優しさ]，[親を愛している]，[親から受けた恩に報いたい]，[親は唯一の存在だ]，[親の意向を尊重したい]，[長生きをしてほしい]，[介護の負担感]，[介護をとおして得た境地]の9つのサブカテゴリーが含まれていた。
　これらから，介護者は，子どもを懸命に育ててくれたことに感謝し，血のつながりを意識した親への愛情をもち，日々自分なりに精一杯の介護を行っていると思われる。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe how the caregivers older than 60 years old taking care of their own elderly parents experienced their caregiving at home. This study is based on unstructured interviews and the data by inductive and descriptive methods. The results indicate that the caregivers take care of their parents as hard as possible because of the love of their parents due to their feeling of gratitude for parental affection, as well as their strong sense of responsbility due to their blood relationships.
