気血水説はホメオスタシスを含む概念である
——金魚鉢モデルの提案と考察——

要旨: 気血水説を理解し易くするため，金魚鉢モデルを考案した。このモデルでは，漢方医学的見地からに金魚鉢を生体，中の水を気血水，金魚を五臓と仮定し，西洋医学的には金魚鉢を生体，中の水は体液（血液，組織間液，リンパ液)，金魚を臓器と仮定した。金魚鉢の水は内部環境に相当し，この水に生理学的な機能を加えると恒常性（ホメオスタシス）という概念に一致する。漢方医学的に置き換えると気血水がそれに相当する。このモデルを使って，今までイメージとして分かり難かった気血水をより具体的に，視覚的に表現することが可能になり，さらに，ホメオスタシスとの相違も理解でき，有用なモデルと考えられる。

Abstract: We designed the goldfishbowl model for better understanding Ki, Ketsu and Sui. In this model The fishbowl was assumed to be a human body, and water was thought to be Ki, Ketsu and Sui and the goldfish was thought to be Gozou in Kampo medicine. Also in the aspect of Western medicine, the fishbowl correspond to the human body, water correspond to the human body fluid (blood, Intercellular fluid, lymph), and the goldfish correspond to internal organs. The water in the fishbowl correspond to an internal environment, and physiologic function was added to the water, they are equal to homeostasis. The objective of our study was to visualize the concept of Ki, Ketsu and Sui. It will give to the learners of kampo medicine, more concrete understanding and recognition difference between Ki, Ketu and Sui from Homeostasis.
