インターフェロン治療C型慢性肝炎患者の末梢血単核細胞
産生サイトカインと血清中HCV-RNA量の検討

要旨: C型慢性肝炎患者のIFN 投与前，投与開始3日後，及び6カ月後（IFN 投与終了時）に末梢血単核細胞が産生するIL-2, 12, 4, 10を測定し，HCV-RNA量及びIFN治療効果との関係をHCVのgenotype 1b（13例）と2a（7例）別に検討した。
1b群は2a群に比し, RNA前値が有意（p<0.05）に高く, IL-12も有意（p<0.05）に高値であった。2a群ではIL-10が1b群に比較し，有意（p<0.05）に高値であった。1b群においてはIL-12値が治療前値（59.0±44.85 pg/ml）に比し治療開始3日後に144.7±117.5 pg/mlとなり，有意（p<0.05）に上昇した。特にIFN著効群のIL-12値は治療開始3日後に有意（p<0.05）に上昇した。

Abstract: We evaluated the production of interleukin (IL)-2, 12, 4 and 10 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 20 patients with chronic hepatitis C. HCV-RNA level and IL -12 production were greater in the genotype 1b group of 13 patients than in the genotype 2a group of 7 patients (p<0.05).
IL- 10 production was greater in the 2a group than in the 1b group (p<0.05). In the 1b group, IL-12 production was elevated 3 days after administration of interferon a (p<0.05). In 8 complete responders to IFN therapy, IL-12 production was elevated 3 days after administration of Interferon a (p<0.05).
